A fire that broke out in Hook Road in Chessington is now under control.
A spokesperson from London Fire Brigade said: "A single storey outbuilding was completely damaged by fire.
"Part of the soffit and guttering of a neighbouring property was also damaged in the blaze."
LFB was called to the scene at 1.10pm.

Fire crews from Surbiton, Twickenham and Mitcham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
