A man has been arrested for allegedly racially abusing a person during an argument in broad daylight in Kingston.
The 68-year-old, who has not been identified by police, was arrested after police were called to Eden Street at 3.20pm on Monday amid reports of an “altercation”.
He was arrested on suspicion of a racially public order offence and bailed to a date in late February.
