More than 11,000 people enjoyed live music and food from across Wandsworth at Foodstock in Battersea Park.

Held on July 30 and 31, the food festival brought together food and drink suppliers including Graveney gin, made in Tooting, Sambrook's Brewery with 20 beers named after Wandsworth points of interest, and Boqueria, Spanish food based in Battersea and Brixton.

Hungry punters enjoyed chicken and chips from the fish and chick shop so much that the stall sold out on the first day, and there were long queues on both days for the Hao Hao Chi dumplings.

Ice lolly making workshops and brewing masterclasses were held by Lickalix and Sean Knight from Sambrook's.

A spokesman from Wandsworth events team said: "What a weekend. Thank you to everyone who came along and celebrate the best of South London’s food, drink, music and local produce.

"We are delighted that so many people came to join us for a beautiful weekend."

The Battersea Park bandstand was full of acts from Wandsworth and further afield, including Belle Roscoe, a sibling duo from Australia and bluegrass music from the Thumping Tommys.

Wandsworth Radio broadcast live from the event.
