A group of Kingston cocaine dealers who advertised their drugs as "banging product" and promised to deliver "24/7, wherever you are", have been jailed for more than 23 years in total.

The men were snared after two traffic stops turned up drugs.

The first, in August last year, saw a BMW driven by Zachary Souker, 27, pulled over for making an illegal u-turn. An investigation was launched after a member of the public found cannabis nearby.

The second, in September, netted cocaine worth up to £12,500 when Souker was again pulled over, this time driving a Nissan Juke while on bail for the previous incident, police said today.

Police also found phones with messages offering drugs for sale.

In total six men were jailed at Kingston Crown Court today. They were:

  • Suhaib Ibrahim, 24, of Victoria Road, Kingston - three-and-a-half years in prison - convicted on May 26, of conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis
  • Marcus Hegarty, 25, of Woodthorpe Road, Staines, - six years in prison - pleaded guilty on 6 June to conspiracy to supply cocaine
  • Souker, of Netley Drive, Long Ditton - three years in prison - pleaded guilty on March 23 to conspiracy to supply cocaine

  • Andre De St Aubin, 19, of Prothero Road, Fulham - two-and-a-half years in prison - convicted of conspiracy to supply cocaine on June 9, after a trial
  • Mounir Choukri, 24, of St George's Wharf, Lambeth - four years, four months in prison - pleaded guilty on June 6 to conspiracy to supply cocaine and possession with intent to supply

Detective Inspector Adam Guttridge, of Kingston police, said: "This group have been active in the area of Kingston for some time.

"The negative impact that drug dealers have on an area cannot be underestimated.

"I'm pleased that these men have now been imprisoned and will no longer be selling their drugs on the streets of Kingston."
