Accident on M25 at junction 11 causing delays in Surrey this morning
An accident near junction 11 is causing delays on the M25 clockwise this morning.
One lane has been closed and congestion has been reported between junction nine at Leatherhead and junction 11 at Chertsey.
A fuel spillage in the same area is also causing delays for drivers in the area.
