Three Wetherspoon pubs in south-west London and north Surrey are among 33 put up for sale by the chain.
The Regent in Walton, The Railway in Putney and The White Lion of Mortimer in Mitcham were all listed for sale by the pub giant.
A Wetherspoons spokesman said: “We appreciate that our local customers will be disappointed with the decision. The pubs will continue to run as normal until or if [they] will be sold. There will be no job losses whatsoever.”
The chain has appointed CBRE and Savills to sell the pubs.
