Man arrested for fraud over building work in East Molesey
A man wanted in connection with unnecessary building work has been arrested and bailed.
Luke Smith, 26, was found in Addlestone, and arrested on suspicion of a fraud offence in East Molesey last month.
He has been bailed until January 5.
