A man has been charged after a dog attack in Kingston town centre left a woman with deep facial wounds.
Barrington Godfrey, 53, of London Road, Feltham has been charged with allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control in a public place.
Gem Moram, 26, was allegedly bitten at 11.45am near Barclays Bank in Clarence Street on July 13 and suffered a serious slash to her upper lip.
A white Staffordshire Bull Terrier-like dog was later seized by police.
