As charity fund-raising efforts go, climbing Mount Everest must rank among the most daunting.
But at least these youngsters had pizza, cake and a raffle to keep them going.
Members at White Spider Climbing, based in Hook Rise South, used their climbing walls to collectively scale the height of the world's tallest peak and raised nearly £5,200 for victims of the Nepal earthquake.
The money will go to Community Action Nepal, founded by mountaineer Doug Scott.
Climber Chris Butcher, 11, said: "We had 14 squad members climbing five at a time, and rotating after 10 climbs each.
"No one wanted to be left on the ground when we reached the summit, so all the squad members climbed the last of the 885 climbs together."
