Paramedics were called to Berrylands after a car crashed into a lamppost.
London Ambulance Service said they were called to King Charles Road shortly after 3pm.
The road is closed both ways between Berrylands and The Retreat.
A witness said that the car was going north on King Charles Road and the driver swerved to avoid oncoming traffic, hitting the lamppost and overturning.
He said the road had been closed for two hours.
King Charles Rd is currently closed in both directions from Berrylands to The Retreat while emergency services attend an accident. #Surbiton
