A former milk depot in Surbiton could be demolished for new housing.
Developer Montagu Evans has applied to build blocks of up to five storeys, with 83 homes, two retail units andparking for 70 cars, nine disabled bays and 165 bicycles.
The proposal also includes plans for one, two and three-bedroom maisonettes, at the Dairy Crest depot in Lower Marsh Lane and Villiers Avenue.
A consultation closes on May 8.
