Police are hunting three people after a teenager was seriously assaulted with a brick close to the Kingsmeadow football ground.
The 18-year-old was attacked by two men at the entrance to a service road, at the side of AFC Wimbledon's home ground in Kingston Road, at 1am on Sunday, April 20.
The attackers then sped off in a dark coloured car, possibly a Vauxhall Corsa, which was driven by a third man and with its headlights turned off.
Police are trying to trace the car that was parked in King Henry's Road before being driven down Kingston Road towards New Malden.
The victim was taken to hospital where he received treatment for head injuries.
Detective Constable Iain Millar from Kingston CID, said: "We are seeking anyone who may have witnessed the assault or who has any information in relation to the assault to contact us."
