Men and women fighting outside a bar left a 31-year-old man unconscious and hospitalised.

Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses to the brawl, which happened in the early hours of Sunday, January 25, outside Red Bar in Queens Road, Weybridge.

The man found unconscious outside the bar was taken to St Peter’s Hospital, where he was treated.

Since Sunday, four people have been arrested, including a 27-year-old man from Ashford who was arrested on suspicious on assault. A 27-year-old man from Staines, a 25-year-old woman from Northolt and a 31-year-old man from Walton, were all arrested on suspicion of affray.

All four were released on bail to return to Staines police station on March 22.

Detective Constable Rebecca Mason said: "We have already made a number of arrests and are carrying out a number of enquiries, including viewing CCTV footage from the area at the time.

"However, we believe there are still a number of witnesses we need to speak to. The incident lasted around 20 minutes and there were numerous vehicles driving past at the time of the offence, as well as numerous people inside the location, so we are sure someone must have seen something."
