Elderly pedestrian hospitalised after Surbiton crash
An elderly man was hospitalised after a crash in Surbiton.
The pedestrian was hit by a silver van in Victoria Road just before 11.30am today, Kingston police said.
He did not suffer serious injuries but was taken to hospital "to be checked over", a spokesman said.
Victoria Road, which had closed both ways, has reopened.
