A spot of pampering and music was just the ticket for residents who joined the mayor for a community open day.
Councillor Barry Fairbank, mayor of Elmbridge, visited the Weybridge Centre for the Community to open the new beauty therapy room.
He also launched the borough's first carers' choir.
Visitors on Friday, November 14, sampled beauty treatments, line dancing and an exhibition by the centre's art group.
Coun Fairbank said: “I was delighted to officially open the centre's new beauty therapy room and to take part in a wonderful taster session for Elmbridge’s new carers’ choir.”
