A second man has been arrested over a homophobic attack on two men on Halloween.
The 26-year-old was arrested yesterday on suspicion of common assault and inflicting grievous bodily harm.
He has been bailed along with another 26-year-old man, also arrested yesterday.
They are due to return to a west London police station in mid-December.
Two men, aged 21 and 18, were attacked near Kentucky Fried Chicken in Brighton Road, Surbiton, in the early hours of Saturday, November 1 by two men allegedly dressed as pink fairies.
