It has been months in the making but Fern Hill Primary School pupils can now enjoy their new-look garden.
The garden, constructed and designed by caretakers Phil Kale and Martin Pantling, was opened yesterday by MP Zac Goldsmith.

Fern Hill headteacher Adam Scott said: "To have such an engaging and stimulating outdoor resource provides a wonderful opportunity for children to explore, investigate and become inspired by the natural world around them.
"The money raised by all our parents and the hard work of Phil and Martin, has resulted in something special that the school is very excited about and extremely proud of."
The garden features a sensory area with pungent herbs, fruit and vegetable planters and a water feature lit with LEDs.
