A teenager from Walton could become the face of Colgate after making the shortlist in a national competition.

Gabriella Loggia, 15, was chosen from more than 4,000 entrants to make the top 10 in the competition to star in the toothpaste brands new advertising campaign.

Throughout the competition, run by Elite Model Look UK, Made in Chelsea’s Oliver Proudlock has mentored the girls and helped them understand life in the spotlight.

Gabriella said: "The prospect that I may win a contract to be the new face of Colgate is an amazing one. It is a great opportunity; I would be over the moon."

The winner of the competition will be crowned at the Porchester Hall, London on September 4.
