Police in Lambeth are appealing for witnesses and information after a serious assault on two men in Streatham.

On Sunday, 7 June, at approximately 7pm, police were called to reports of two men having been stabbed in Streatham Vale.

Officers attended the scenes and found two men, aged 22 and 24, suffering with multiple stab wounds.

Paramedics were called and both men were taken to Kings College Hospital and have since been discharged.

The suspects left the scene before the officers arrived. Officers conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate the suspects.

The victims were in their vehicle and were being pursued by the suspects. The pursuit came to an end in Streatham Vale junction with Gravescroft Road.

Both victims ran from the car but were pursued by the suspects who then stabbed them multiple times.

When police arrived at the scene, one victim was n Gravescroft Road and the other was in Bridgewood Road.

The suspects are described as an asian male with facial hair and two black males. The vehicle they were driving was grey.

Officers from Lambeth police are investigating.

DC Alexandra McLeod, the officer in the case, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed these assaults or has any information relating to the suspects’ vehicle, however small, to contact the incident line or to call Crimestoppers.”
