An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of murdering Hampton teenager Jamil Palmer have been released without charge.

The pair were arrested on May 6, the same day that the former Hampton Junior School, Teddington School, Richmond College and Kingston College student was killed in Crane Park.

Five people, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with the murder of the 18-year-old and await trial.
