Three charitable brothers will cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Richard Boyd, 38, lost his father Derek to the blood cancer Myeloma in May 2012.
Mr Boyd, along with his two brothers Darren, 42, and Paul, 30, have decided to tackle the challenge in his memory.
They have set a target of £5,512 in reference to 5/5/2012- the date their father died.
The brothers have already raised £3,000.
Darren and Paul from Worcester Park, and Richard from Sutton, will embark on the 1,000 mile slog on June 22.
They expect to finish their journey on July 5th.
