Police are trying identify two muggers who stole a woman’s bank card after she had typed in her pin number.

The suspects distracted the victim by waving an envelope in her face reading: 'No cash withdrawals.'

The 62-year-old shouted at them to go away but the men made off with her card.

The incident took place at 3.10pm on May 11 outside Sainsbury’s in Central Road, Worcester Park.

A man gave chase to the suspects as they ran in the direction of Cuddington cemetery in Lindsay Road.

Officers arrrived shortly after but were unable to find the men in a search of the local area.

Both suspects looked to be in their mid-20s.

One of them was described as being of Mediterranean or Middle Eastern appearance.

He was of slim build with dark hair and stubble, and was wearing a navy blue baseball cap
with dark coloured jacket and trousers.

The other suspect was also described as being of Middle Eastern appearance.

He is around 6ft tall and of slim build, and was wearing a dark coloured jacket and trousers.

The customer immediately cancelled her bank card.
