More student flats with space for 500 beds are on the cards for Kingston and New Malden.
Offices in Kingsgate Road, Kingston could be demolished and replaced by shops, offices, and beds for 210 students on upper floors.
The Duke of Wellington Pub in Kingston Road, New Malden and next-door offices could make way for a 328-bed student block of four to six storeys.
Councillors will be asked to express their views on the applications at a meeting to take place at 7.30pm this Thursday at the Guildhall.
They will also look at plans to demolish temporary classrooms at Kings Oak Primary School, New Malden, and build two new six-classroom blocks, plus a new school hall.
