Surrey County Council's County Hall building in Kingston
Surrey County Council has applied for a marriage licence for the historic County Hall building in Kingston.
It would permit civil marriage ceremonies and civil partnerships to take place in designated rooms at its headquarters in Penrhyn Road.
Comments on the application must be submitted to Kingston Register Office before February 25.
