Hard swing and bebop will be coming to the Boaters in Kingston on Sunday, courtesy of the Simon Spillett Quartet.

Led by tenor saxophonist Simon Spillett – who won the BBC Jazz Rising Star award in 2007 – the band also includes John Critchinson on piano, bassist Paul Morgan and Clark Tracey – son of late jazz legend Stan – on drums.
