Residents of a Chessington street have been driven mad by potholes, and have called on Kingston Council to sort out the problem.
The craters, several inches deep, reveal old concrete paving beneath the newer tarmac.
Bolton Close resident Kim Chapman said: “The residents down the road are all fed up.
“We’ve put up with the filling in of the holes now for about the last ten years.
“They don’t even fill them in now. They get a guy from the council who comes down every two weeks.
“It’s absolutely shocking.”
A Kingston Council spokesman said: “Resurfacing of Bolton Close had to be rescheduled from last autumn due to gas repair works in the area.
“The work is due to be done later this month, weather permitting.”
