The brother of murdered Saad Al-Hilli told reporters it was "good news" he would not face murder conspiracy charges today.
He spoke outside his flat in Chessington this lunchtime saying he was "relieved".
Zaid Al-Hilli was released from police bail today without charge after his arrest last summer on suspicion of conspiring to murder his brother.
Mr Al-Hilli left his flat in Bray Court, North Parade, in a dark blue BMW estate car.
Journalists photographed him as he drove away from the rear of the building.
Television crews have set up shots in front of the three-storey block.
