Four vehicles have been involved in an accident on the A3 between Esher Common and Hook.
The A3 northbound is partially blocked near the A309 with traffic queuing back towards Esher Common and police are currently at the scene.
Traffic is also queuing on Portsmouth Road back to the Scilly Isles from Kingston.
