Kingston shoplifters fined after being caught with magnetic de-tagger

Two shoplifters were caught inside Bentalls doing a bit of unauthorised shopping with a magnetic de-tagger to remove security tags.
Sarah Ford, 33, from Staines, was fined £280 when she admitted stealing £667 worth of clothes from the store in Kingston on November 8.
Catherine McDermott, 32, also from Staines, was also fined £280 for stealing £344 worth of clothes on the same day.
A man from Richmond, James Hall, 34, of Meadlands Drive, was given a conditional discharge for stealing two bottles of aftershave worth £69 from Boots Kingston on November 11.
