Morris men, Santa, Frosty the Snowman, elves, dancers and musicians celebrated Christmas in Leatherhead town centre on Saturday.
Leatherhead Christmas Festival included performances by Poptastic and Centre Stage dance schools and Leatherhead Youth Project Band.
Children also had the chance to decorate a star to go on the town’s Christmas tree.
Councillor John Northcott, portfolio holder for planning at Mole Valley District Council, said: "We always enjoy organising this fabulous family event with our partner organisations and are delighted to be able to welcome some great acts on the day.
"The festival is an excellent opportunity to connect with our residents and encourage them to shop locally."
