Alps murder victim's brother Zaid Al-Hilli rebailed by police
The brother of murdered Saad Al-Hilli has been re-bailed by police.
Zaid Al-Hilli, 54, of North Parade, Chessington was arrested on June 24 on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and interviewed as part of the ongoing investigation.
Saad Al-Hilli, 50, of Oaken Lane, his wife Iqbal, 47 and her mother Suhaila al-Allaf, 74, were shot dead in the French Alps near Chevaline on September 5, 2012.
A French cyclist, Sylvain Mollier, was also shot dead.
A Surrey Police spokesman said: “Officers from the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team are continuing to work closely with the French authorities to progress a number of lines of enquiry under the terms of the Joint Investigation Team, although this remains a French-led investigation."
Zaid Al-Hilli will remain on police bail until January 15 next year.
