Former travel agent from Wimbledon stole more than £5,000 from his Kingston employers
A former travel agent has been ordered to pay back more than £5,000 after admitting he stole from his workplace in Kingston.
Jason Beare, 34, of Arthur Road in Wimbledon stole £5,105.62 in total when he worked at Flight Centre in Fife Road, Kingston.
Beare who was charged with theft, took money from his employers five times between May 30 and July 24 this year.
He was ordered to pay back all the money as compensation when he appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday for his sentencing.
He was also given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
