Stephen Unwin to step down as artistic director of Rose Theatre
Stephen Unwin is to step down as artistic director of the Rose Theatre, it has been revealed.
Robert O'Dowd, the theatre's chief executive confirmed the news this afternoon.
Mr Unwin has been in the role since Sir Peter Hall stood down on the first day of the theatre opening in 2008.
His critical successes have included Hay Fever, starring Celia Imrie.
