Man pulled from Thames named

A 58-year-old man who died last week after being pulled from the Thames has been named.

Peter Stachurski, a graphic artist from the Ashburton estate in Putney, was pulled from the river at Kingston Bridge after 3pm on Thursday, February 28.

West London Coroner's Court said the provisonal cause of death was drowning.

Mr Stachurski was pronounced dead at Kingston Hospital shortly after he arrived there.
