Surbiton vandal targets bus stops
A vandal has smashed up a string of bus stops in Surbiton.
Bus stops in Brighton Road were targeted shattering some of the glass panels.
Emma Healy tweeted: “Some idiot has smashed the glass in all the bus stops on Brighton/Hook Rd in Surbiton. Why?!"
A Kingston Council spokeswoman said that somebody was sent to inspect it on Friday. They also alerted Veolia to do a sweep of the broken glass.
The bus stops have since been taped up by Transport for London workers.
