A man from Surbiton has been charged with supplying cocaine following a police raid.

David Walton, 43, of Kingswood Close, was one of eight people arrested on Thursday, when more than 21 kilos of cocaine were recovered during a double swoop by Surrey Police.

Gun ammo was also found at the Staines property.

Seven of those arrested, including Mr Walton, were charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A drug and appeared at Guildford Crown Court on Saturday.

They were remanded in custody until Thursday, February 28.

Mr Walton was also charged with money laundering.
