Firefighters put out suspected New Year's Day arson attack at Sainsbury’s in Surbiton
Two fire crews were called to Sainsbury’s in Victoria Road, Surbiton, at around 8.30pm on New Year’s Day.
A paper towel dispenser in the car park above the store had been set alight, filling the area with smoke.
The first crew dealt with the flames before the second arrived.
A Sainsbury’s spokesman said: "We’re working with the police on their investigation."
