A teenager is due in court this morning after a firework was set off inside a Kingston shop on fireworks night.
The incident happened on the Cambridge Estate on November 5.
A shopkeeper also complained he had been the victim of racial abuse.
A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with criminal damage, throwing a firework in a public place, and racially aggravated behaviour.
He is set to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court today.
