Dame Harriet Walter has been a fixture on our screens since the 1980s, with notable film roles in Sense and Sensibility and Atonement. Latterly, she has become well known as Lady Prudence Shackleton in Downton Abbey.
On Sunday, May 15, she will join two-time Olivier winner Henry Goodman and pianist Lucy Parham in the latter’s Nocturne at the Rose Theatre in Kingston.
The show chronicles the romantic life of Frederic Chopin as readings are interspersed with his work.
