Celebrities flocked to celebrate the UK's favourite cuisine at the annual British Curry Awards.
The likes of Rory Bremner, Peter Jones, Sir Terry Wogan, David Seaman and Jenny Bond showed up to the awards in Battersea Evolution on Monday, November 26.
About 10,000 restaurants were involved in the awards, which are now in their eighth year and highlight the £3.6bn curry industry.
An electronic message was delivered by Prime Minister David Cameron, while Jenny Bond and Rory Bremner presented awards.
Chak 89, in Bond Road, Mitcham, scooped the prize for best spice restaurant in the London suburbs, beating Battersea based Indian Moment in Northcote Road.
