The Great Greenwich Burger Off has been cancelled
FOODIE fans will be disappointed as the Great Greenwich Burger Off has been cancelled.
The event on Thursday (September 12) was intended to combine local produce with music and a competitive atmosphere however organisers announced on Monday afternoon it had been cancelled.
The news came via Twitter as organisers @GGBOIFN said: “It is with very heavy heart that I have to inform all that our event has been cancelled by @shopgreenwich at this late hour.
“Please accept my apologies & know that I have done everything I can to not have this happen. I am as gutted as you all are.”
