We are loving the summer here at Vibe and we thought it was only fair we took advantage of the heatwave and find a summer drink suitable to quench our thirst.
Vibe paid a visit to Croydon’s T.G.I Fridays where we caught up with bartender Simon Minien.
Simon and his colleague Kevin Chesnais took part in the regional finals of the restaurant’s UK Bartender Championships and are hoping for a place in the national final at Wembley in September.
We asked Simon to talk us through the making of his favourite cocktail a Sum ah Lovin.
