Cocktail of the month: The Belvedere Independent Lady
WE’VE chosen this month’s cocktail for no other reason than it has Belvedere in the title – otherwise it’s just a lovely summery drink.
The Independent Lady will give you the ultimate fruity boost of flavours with a thirst-quenching sharp finish.
What you need:
2 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
¾ oz Triple Sec
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Dash Simple Syrup
Dash Egg White (optional)
Method:
1. Shake all ingredients vigorously
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
3. Garnish with an orange twist
