Carols and festive fun at Christmas market
THE proverbial goose is getting fat as the countdown to Christmas in Marlow begins with a special festive market on Sunday.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fieldhouse Lane is the host as primary school children and the Sir William Borlase Gospel Choir get townsfolk into the Yuletide spirit with seasonal songs.
Various traders selling gifts and toys, including rag dolls, and a multitude of culinary Christmas treats will be on offer.
There will be traditional festive cards, novel decorations, books and gifts for the home and garden, amongst other items available to buy.
The market runs from 10am to 4pm.
