Read this page if you have already created a Your Self profile which you want to amend or improve.

From time to time you may want to make changes to your page. Updating your page is as easy as sending an email.

Here are the changes you can make:

PHOTOGRAPHS: You already submitted one picture when you created your profile. You may want to update this picture or you may want to add some additional photos of yourself, your friends and family or even your pets. You can have up to four pictures on your profile page.

Please provide details to go with each picture and make it clear who you are so the right profile is amended.

INFORMATION: You may want to alter or update some of the personal information on your page. Maybe you have changed jobs, maybe your favourite movie has become your worst movie, perhaps you no longer do skydiving or firewalking as a hobby.

NEWS AND REVIEWS: Do you have any big news in your life to share with friends and family plus the wider world? Maybe you are getting married, having a baby or travelling the world. You can share all your latest news on your page.

As well as news, you can also add reviews to your page. Maybe you have been to a great local pub or restaurant, or perhaps you have seen a great band play live.
