Rumour true?

I have a question for Kingston Council.

I ask this not just for my family, but at least a dozen or so others that have heard the same thing.

This council is now taking away or reducing funding for different groups, ranging from the very young to the elderly.

There is a "rumour" that this council is funding hundreds of drug addicts to come to Kingston. We all hope this is some nasty rumour put out to cause anger and resentment among the people of Kingston.

If this is true, these councillors, all of whom seem to be of a certain age, should resign in shame. They have forgotten long since who they owe their love.
