Quins dismiss Chambers role
Harlequins have hit back at reports that Belgrave Harriers sprinter Dwain Chambers would be working for the club.
Several sources have suggested that the former GB sprinter, who last week lost an appeal against his Olympic ban for drug use, would be working as a sprint coach with named Harlequins players.
Quins are describing the reports as "seriously inaccurate and deliberately misleading".
Chief executive Mark Evans insisted: "Dwain Chambers has not, and will not, be employed by the club in any capacity.
"The sprints coach, currently used by the Harlequins players, is the highly rated and well known specialist, Tony Lester, coach to many past and present GB sprinters."
