MICHAEL EDGAR BOLTON Passed away in hospital on 17th April 2012 aged 83. Dearly beloved Husband of Ann will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at Mortlake Crematorium on Wednesday 9th May at 2.00pm. Family flowers only donations if desired to Ann's Charity. Cheques made payable to Ann Bolton.
