MICHAEL FREDERICK HOLDER Fell asleep peacefully after a brave fight on 28th January 2012. Much loved Husband of the late Violet (now reunited). He will be deeply missed by Daughter Jane, Son-in-Law Allan, Grandchildren, Darren, Tracy, Carly, Mark, Oliver and Georgia and all who knew him. The funeral Service will be held at Randalls Park Crematorium, Leatherhead on Thursday 16th February at 11.45am. Floral tributes if desired to A and E Longhurst, 21 Kingston Road, Ewell, Surrey KT17 2DX before 9.40am or donations in memory of Michael direct to Princess Alice Hospice, West End Lane, Esher, Surrey KT10 8NA.
