A once in a lifetime opportunity to see one of the last survivors of the golden age of rock and roll playing live in Kingston takes place next year.
Jerry Lee Lewis, the wild, pioneering rock and roll pianist perhaps best known for his 1957 hit Great Balls of Fire, will play Kingsmeadow on June 13, 2015.
Lewis, the last surviving member of the legendary Million Dollar Quartet jam session also featuring Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash, has included the date as part of four UK shows on his 80th birthday tour, which will be his last in Europe before he retires from performing abroad.
Just 300 tickets for the intimate show are available, priced at £200.
Jim Piddington, Kingsmeadow Live organiser, said: "This is a once in a lifetime chance to see the last man standing, The Killer, Jerry Lee Lewis in a very intimate venue on his very last visit to the UK.
"Be part of the small 300 person crowd to witness what will be one of the best gigs you will ever see."
